Body Feeling Cards Putting words to thoughts can be difficult for our clients, especially when there is past trauma and clarifying somatic responses can be challenging when the feelings are overwhelming. There are 10 cards that correspond to different body responses children and adults experience. The cards are identified by a green border.
Resource Development Cards These cards provide statements of present strengths and future hopes for clients. The cards are identified by a purple border.
